Meditation

Meditation has proven benefits in moving our bodies out of our autonomic nervous system (fight or flight response) and back into our calm, relaxed state of being. Meditation can benefit us physically, by decreasing blood pressure and increasing our immune system and energy levels and psychologically through reducing anxiety, improving emotional stability, and gaining clarity through self-reflection.
