Our 1:1 coaching is perfect for people who want to fast track their recovery and are prepared to put extra effort into working on a goal or challenge.
Our Wellbeing Coaches are trained in coaching, strength-based recovery and will help you identify your challenge or barrier. You will develop a plan together and over a series of sessions, your coach will help you challenge yourself in this area.
