As CEO of Momentum Mental Health, I am incredibly proud to be part of this amazing organisation. Each day, I see firsthand the difference we make in the lives of people who are navigating some of life’s toughest challenges. What makes Momentum special is not just the support we offer—but the way we do it—with empathy, respect, and a deep belief in the strength and resilience of every person who walks through our doors.

Our vision is bold: by 2034, we aim to have informed, transformed, or improved the mental health and wellbeing of over 100,000 people. This isn’t just a number—it’s a reflection of our unwavering commitment to creating real, lasting change in our communities. And we are well on our way to achieving it. Through the dedication of our team, our partnerships, and the voices of those with lived experience, we are building a future where no one feels alone in their mental health journey – and where mental health and wellbeing is for everyone, every single day.

Momentum prioritises the safety and wellbeing of all clients, especially children and young people in every activity we undertake. Momentum delivers group and individual wellbeing sessions every weekday, and we do this entirely free of charge. We believe that mental health support should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or income. Whether someone needs a safe space to talk, practical tools to manage emotions, or simply a place to connect with others—Momentum is here. Together, we’re creating a healthier, more connected community, one person at a time.
