Momentum Mental Health is proud to have been recognised for our impact and dedication to community wellbeing through several prestigious awards. In 2024, we were honoured to receive the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Award for Excellence in Health and Wellbeing, and named a finalist in the Queensland Community Impact Awards in the Prevention Excellence category.
This followed a successful 2023, where Momentum won two Toowoomba Business Excellence Awards for Excellence in Health and Wellbeing and Excellence in Not-for-Profit.
In 2025, we were also proud to be named a finalist in the Darling Downs and Toowoomba Business DisABILITY Awards, in the Social Inclusion category.
These acknowledgements reflect the dedication of our team and the strength of our community partnerships in supporting mental health and wellbeing across the region.

Momentum Mental Health was proud to be named a finalist in the Community/Not-for-Profit category at the 2025 and 2026 Toowoomba Business Excellence Awards.
Being recognised alongside other outstanding local organisations was a wonderful acknowledgement of the work of our staff, volunteers, Board, partners and supporters – and, most importantly, the incredible community we are privileged to support.
