Wellbeing Symposium (9 Oct 2026)

Join us for Momentum Mental Health’s free Wellbeing Symposium on Friday 9 October 2026 at St Patrick’s Conference Centre, Toowoomba.

This community event brings together inspiring speakers, lived experience, practical wellbeing ideas and local organisations to explore mental health and wellbeing in an engaging and positive way.

The Symposium runs from 9am–3pm, with registrations and community stalls open from 8am. Attendance is completely free, and everyone is welcome!

Come along, connect with your community and spend a day celebrating mental health and wellbeing for everyone, every single day.

She Can Move Workshop

Momentum is pleased to be partnering with the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) to support an upcoming She Can Move research workshop in Toowoomba.

The research aims to better understand women’s perceptions of safety when exercising or being physically active outdoors, as well as explore ideas and potential solutions that could help women feel safer and more confident being active in our community. Toowoomba flyer

Momentum will provide the venue and catering for two workshop sessions, giving women aged 18 years and over the opportunity to have their voices heard. Participants will receive a $50 voucher for attending, with refreshments also provided. Toowoomba flyer

Participants can choose to attend Saturday 17 October, 10am–12pm, or Wednesday 21 October, 6pm–8pm, with both sessions held at Momentum Mental Health, 112 Russell Street, Toowoomba. Toowoomba flyer

Luminous Block Party

Come and join Momentum on Saturday 28 November 2026 as we partner with Multicultural Australia and our local community for a wonderful afternoon celebrating culture, connection and community at LUMINOUS in the Regions – Toowoomba. Enjoy lantern making, food and performances, followed by a beautiful LUMINOUS lantern party at dusk! Momentum will be hosting a cooking session!!

The free community event will run from 3pm–7pm at the Toowoomba Multicultural Centre, 15 Snell Street, Toowoomba. We would love to see you there! ✨🏮
