Let’s have a chat (either on the phone, via zoom or in person) and give you a tour of the space. This gives you a chance to see if we might be a good fit for you. And, it gives us a chance to learn more about what you are looking for from us.

Introduction form is completed. This has contact details, key contacts etc that we need to get things started.

After filling in the Introduction form, we will be back in touch in 1 business day to let you know if you are able to join the service.

Some people do all the steps in the one day, others like to take more time.
Whatever your prefer, we like to keep things simple so you can start working on your wellbeing when you are ready.

Is this service right for you?

Momentum Mental Health works with you on your mental health and wellbeing.

The service is designed for people who can be independent, engage in the activities as they are intended and are prepared to work with a coach to help identify a goal or barrier and work to improve their wellbeing.

When you have reached your goal or wrangled your barrier, we celebrate with you and you can then work on a new goal or exit the service.
We love it when you tell us – you do not need us anymore!
