We’ve noticed Warwick is a very community-focused town and have co-designed our program accordingly with our members.

In our group sessions, we mix theory-based learning with creative workshops to enhance skills and improve wellbeing. The sessions offer practical tools for emotional management, encourage self-expression, and build supportive connections.

On Mondays, join us for Paint and Sip (Coffee Edition!). These relaxed, social sessions are all about enjoying a cuppa, painting at your own pace, having great conversations, and connecting with others. It’s the perfect way to unwind, make new friends, and have some fun while creating your own masterpiece.

Unleash your creativity in a welcoming and supportive environment. Our Art Therapy sessions, held on Fridays, are facilitated by a registered Art Therapist and provide a safe space to explore emotions, reduce stress, and support mental wellbeing through creative expression—no artistic experience required.

Momentum offers free psychological therapy with no out-of-pocket costs through our partnership with Mindware Psychology. Sessions are provided by provisional psychologists undertaking supervised clinical training, giving you access to evidence-based psychological support in a safe and professional environment. Where appropriate, referrals to bulk-billed clinical psychology services through Mindware Psychology may also be available. Appointments are offered both in person and via telehealth, making it easier to access support wherever you are.
