Wellbeing Symposium Held on 27 March 2025

Thanks for joining us for the Momentum Wellbeing Symposium!

Momentum Mental Health, in collaboration with Pureland Learning College and with generous support from the Bupa Foundation, proudly to hosted a dynamic Wellbeing Symposium that aimed at strengthening mental, physical, and social wellbeing across the community. This full-day event brought together 13+ inspiring speakers from universities, general practice, community organisations, and clinical psychology to share practical insights and evidence-based strategies for creating healthier, more connected lives.

The symposium offered a diverse program, covering topics such as the importance of wellbeing for children, families, and vulnerable people, as well as sessions on financial stress management, resilience through meditation, and the impact of our built and natural environments on mental health.

With optional wellness activities like Tai Chi and meditation, along with opportunities to visit stalls and network, this event was a valuable and uplifting experience for all participants.
