Momentum is now offering daily online wellbeing sessions to help you stay connected, supported, and engaged — no matter where you are.
If you can’t attend face-to-face, you can now dial in and join one of our 5 Ways to Wellbeing sessions online. It’s a great way to stay involved and keep working on your mental health and wellbeing from the comfort of your home.

- Open the Microsoft Teams app on your device.
- Don’t have it yet? Download it for free from the App Store, Google Play, or https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/microsoft-teams/download-app
- Click the Join the meeting now link above
- Enter the Meeting ID and Passcode when prompted
- Select Join as a Guest if you don’t have a Teams account

Our much-loved Hour of Tranquility is now available online!
This calming, gentle session is all about slowing down, being present, and giving yourself permission to rest. It’s the perfect way to take a breather during a busy week.

Hosted by our volunteer Amy from the Toowoomba team, this online session gives you a chance to reflect, learn, and connect with others around simple and powerful wellbeing strategies.

5 Ways to Wellbeing

Momentum is excited to announce that we are now offering daily online wellbeing sessions—giving you more flexibility and more ways to connect!

Can’t make it into Momentum on a Monday? No problem! You can now join our Toowoomba 5 Ways to Wellbeing session online, from the comfort of your home or wherever you are.
This welcoming, interactive group explores the 5 Ways to Wellbeing — simple, powerful strategies to support your mental and emotional health. It’s a great way to start your week with purpose, connection, and support.
