NDIS Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Momentum’s Psychosocial Recovery Coaching provides personalised, 1:1 support for NDIS participants through our highly skilled Wellbeing Coaches. This program is designed to help you strengthen all aspects of your wellbeing — physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual — and to support you in living a more fulfilling and balanced life.

Our coaching is based on the internationally recognised 5 Ways to Wellbeing framework, which focuses on:
- Connecting with others and building meaningful relationships
- Being active to support your physical and mental health
- Keeping on learning to develop new skills and confidence
- Being aware through mindfulness and self-reflection
- Giving back by helping others and contributing to your community
