Group Programs

Our group programs are designed to help you build skills, connect with others and build confidence. We offer a variety of sessions including art therapy, journalling, gardening, healthy cooking, tai chi, social recreation and conversation skills.

All sessions are led by a Wellbeing Coach and are designed to help you reach your goal. They run from 30 mins to 2 hours depending on the session. Sessions are usually accessible to all levels of fitness and mobility (unless otherwise stated in the timetable).
