1:1 Individual Coaching

Our 1:1 coaching is perfect for people who want to fast track their recovery and are prepared to put extra effort into working on a goal or challenge.

Our Wellbeing Coaches are trained in coaching, strength-based recovery and will help you identify your challenge or barrier. You will develop a plan together and over a series of sessions, your coach will help you challenge yourself in this area.

Coaching is great for people with mild to moderate mental health and wellbeing requirements.

We also offer a step-up model for people requiring more intensive support through our partnership with Mindware Psychology. Under this, we can provide coaching for people with moderate to severe mental health and wellbeing issues (Psychological therapies). People can step-down after this to the Psycho-social support for continued support if needed.
